 Keeping Track of Calories on a Detox

We found this week that keeping track of our calories helps to keep on track with our detox program.  This week, we tested eating a holiday dinner and going over calorie.  Our usual calorie budget per day is around 1400 calories but for the holiday test we at over 1500 calories.

By keeping track of how many calories we used, we knew we were still in a calorie deficit for the wellness detox.  

The next day, we ate under 1500 calories and burned more than 1500 calories in low intensity and Neat exercising.

We will continue during the holiday season to test eating holiday meals and keeping our bodies in a calorie deficit.
