Research Self - Study Research for 18 days incorporating holiday baking and cooking into daily meals to reduce cravings during main holiday meal.
Day 1 - Baked morning bread - Calories 1 egg (70) and 3 tbsp flour - 90 calories 2 slices of cheese - 113 calories (depends on size of slices) 1 Tsp of light butter. The egg was incorporated into the bread before completely baked and butter was added on top.
