Trip to Mars POC

 We launched the POC to mars on January 20, 2025.  We start POCs on Mondays.   This POC lasts for one year.

For the trip to mars, we are limiting our budget to things you can buy on a spaceship.  The focus so far is food, clothing and paper products for writing.

For the last two weeks we ate bread.  For the Trip to mars, bread is available only at work.  We still are doing the self study recording and for the next three hundred and sixty five days we are documenting food changes according to the day and the people in our environment.
