Brown and Beige Adipose Fat - Thermogenesis

 An article in ADIP CYTE "Brown and beige adipose tissue: a novel therapeutic strategy for obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus"states that beige fat is burned off in a similar way to brown adipocyte through thermogenesis and energy expenditure.  

During a detox POC that I'm working on, I'm leaving my house cool so that I will be burning more energy through thermogenesis.
