Fasting during a workout - Link to an article

Here is an article that has insights into fasting during a workout.  My regular routine is to workout fasted but now that I leave from work to go to the gym, I have been eating breakfast early and then leaving for the gym.

If I stay fasted, the fat burning benefits of the workout lasts two to three hours after the workout is completed (low intensity for more than an hour.)

I may have to switch back to a fasted routine so that I have the benefits of the fat burn.  I will keep looking through the data and see if there are any benefits to working out two hours after eating something.
