I tried to set a second alarm that would play music after my first alarm stopped but that didn't work this morning so I plan on working on that over the weekend to see if I can get music to play as a cue for getting ready to go to work.

Commute time: fifteen minutes to work.

Breakfast:  603 to 647 (at work) 

My breakfast today was a little different. I used one of the recipes and decided to add an espresso to my egg to make the coffee custard. I also ate my almonds this morning instead of later in the morning.  

Workout: GForce \ Destabilizer - Low intensity workout focused on snowboarding leg strengthening and core development.   NEAT Calories through standing at desk - 100 calories per hour of standing.

My routine changes with the weather.  We changed routines last winter when the weather /daylight hours changed.  The sun sets at  1630 to 1800 in October, 1550 to 1630 in November and 1550 to 1601 in December.

Music App/ Schedule App that reminds me of different times of the day to be cues for studying and wellness routines.
