Research for Today
Today, I'm researching body composition and an ideal body weight range. The wellness detox is for both genders and the information in the video works for both genders when looking for data on body recomposition.

I'm 170 cm and my ideal weight range is 54 to 69kg.
My ideal BMI depends on my detox goal. I looking at an athletic detox goal which puts the fat percentage between 14 and 17 percent. For a fitness fat goal range, the percentage goes up slightly - 18 to 24 percent. If you are looking to remove extra fat, the essential body fat range for women is between 10 and 13 percent.
Once I reach my ideal BMI range, I will focus on other detox issues that I've encountered that are not adipose focused. Those detoxes will be the focus in 2025.
