 Day 37 ( a Sunday ) Day 38 ( Monday) | Detox POC | Wellness Detox | 

Sunday

  • Slept until 700 ish
  • Stayed at home and walked on manual treadmill for an hour.
  • Worked renovating boat.  Sealed wood from removal of interior.  Worked on sealing one of the windows for caulking.
  • Cleaned up work mess and prepared work bag for Monday
  • Walked on treadmill for an hour (Low intensity shopping mode using Amazon - 200 calories )
  • Stood for six hours  (Low intensity calorie burn  100 calories per hour)
  • Soup for breakfast, Whipped feta on crackers for lunch, Tofu for dinner

Monday

  • Wake Up at 400 with alarm.
  • Commute delayed by cancelled train.
  • Breakfast at 643
  • 728 start Gforce destabilizer (140 calories per hour standing to 300 calories per hour working out for snowboarding.)
  • Additional vitamins multi plus omega-3 plus apple cider vinegar.
  • Because purchased additional technical leggings to replace the ones ruined last week tweaking budget to incorporate extra expense. (£80)
  • Reset evening cue alarm, was set too late.  Now set for 1800 to schedule end of NEAT activity.

  • Research on working out 7 days a week - always exercising at some intensity, low, medium or high.
  • Daily expenditure for athletes
