430 Wake up. Tried waking up at 400 with the alarm to do the HITT program but decided to wait until later. The weather is getting cooler. NEAT calories from the morning are only from daily routine.

520 to 640 commute to work (Sitting no real neat calories)
644 Start low intensity workout on Gforce (100 calories per hour low intensity workout)
647 Breakfast - Stomach did not agree with breakfast choice. Will stick with original breakfast for detox.
847 continue with Gforce (100 calories per hour low intensity workout)
907 Working on Journal - Research for Topic

Added HITT to workout at a medium intensity using a treadmill for one hour. (200 to 400 calorie per hour)

- Food Choices - Choose the right combination of foods to neutralise acid content of food.
- Autoimmune disease
- Diabetes
- Cancers
- Infections
Food Choices
Acidic food choices can cause halitosis. Drinking plenty of water will help dilute the acid and keep bacteria from growing.
If drinking lemon water, add ginger to neutralise the acid content which may encourage bacteria to grow.
