- Enhance quality of life
Notes
- Workout at moderate intensity for an hour. Worked out at 50 percent intensity to keep my body in the fat burning zone.
- Because of food poisoning from yesterday's breakfast, sticking with regular chicken broth and tea that is soothing to the stomach.
- Read this morning that women should keep their water intake under 11.5 cups of water.
