  • Moderate exercise in HITT format (1 Hour)

Notes about Detox

Although I have been working out at a low to moderate intensity,  my skin suffered this week with swelling and puffiness.  I am focusing for the next forty days on skin wellness to remove any toxins that created the swelling.

I'm eliminating crackers and cheese from my diet and  adding mushrooms.    

For Skin health, my diet supplements include:

  • Multivitamin
  • Irish Sea Moss
  • Aloe Vera
I am still thinking about other sources of collagen for additional skin strength and will continue to use the supplements for ninety days as suggested by the research studies which show that collagen supplementation improves skin health.
