Two Weeks over 800 - Weight Loss - Donut Loss. When does that start?
For the last two weeks, we have been eating over 1000 calories and not going to the gym everyday but still losing fat without negative issues from past medications or food preservatives.
The focus of losing donuts is losing fat filled with preservatives and chemicals. The body, when it is unable to process something through digestion, will place the substance / chemical into a fat cell where it stays.
The research into adipose does not say when this type of fat is used by the body but researchers do say that eating below 1000 calories will help you lose that last stubborn five pounds which may be this layer of adipose.
Since I have thirty pounds to lose, I'm not worrying about eating less than 1000 calories until I've reached that layer of adipose on my body.
For working out, I'm standing for eight hours a day and developing my snowboarding skills which requires balancing and heels and toes. There is a good course on beginner snowboarding on youtube.
