Research 


Without maintenance, body weight increases in arms and trunk of body during the winter months. Without maintenance, there was no increase in lean body mass.    Physical activity increased in Spring (to remove fat?) and decreased in summer. 

Note: 

Could health and wellness coaches add physical activity in winter to remove access fat or increase physical activity all year to keep fat levels from increasing during the winter months?



Women in temperate climates reduced their activities in the winter months and became more sedentary.

Note:

For winter months, The wellness detox coaches could add some incentives to keep activity levels higher for women on the weekends. What are women doing for exercise during the summer time that stops during the winter months in the south of the United States?
