 Day 3 Menu for Rice Detox

Breakfast - Steamed rice, snap peas, fried tofu, coffee w/ milk (cappuccino)
Lunch -  rice noodles, arroz con leche
Beverages -  Coffee, Fruit tea

Taste palette description is sour which comes from fermentation

For the book, we tried preserved mustard stems and bamboo shoots today.  You can't eat uncooked bamboo.  The fermented bamboo and mustard stems was tasted before the rice. We did not eat the whole packet because of the pepper which is spicy and not part of a neutral palette.
