Thursday Day 4 or RICE Wellness Detox

The menu for today:

The menu for day 10 of RICE

Breakfast - Steamed rice, snap peas, olive oil, cappuccino and fruit tea with camomile.


Lunch - Steamed rice with roasted seaweed, rice stick noodles with olive oil and a piece of Guava.


Beverages - Coffee, Fruit tea, camomile tea



Today we are trying Roasted Seaweed Flakes with steamed rice.  Here are some facts about seaweed flakes:

  • more than 30 percent of the calories from seaweed flakes comes from protein
  • more than 50 percent of the calories come from carbs.
  • ten percent of the calories come from fat.
  • The taste profile of seaweed is salty and savoury.
The rice we use for our wellness detox meals is steamed. We do not add anything to the rice to keep the taste palette of the rice neutral.
