Day 5/6 of RICE Wellness Detox

 Day 5 and 6 of the RICE Wellness Detox

For days five and six, we are eating rice and seaweed flakes.  The menu is:

Breakfast:  Steamed Rice, egg, olive oil

Lunch: Steamed rice with seaweed flakes (BBQ \ SoySauce) and steamed rice with sugar and cream.

Beverages: Cappuccino, fruit tea
