Vegetarian | Pickle and Mayo Sandwich

 Vegetarian Sandwich |  Pickles and May on Potato Bun

Ingredients:

  • Potato Bun
  • Sweet Pickle Slices
  • Sweet Relish
  • Mayonnaise 
Add all the ingredients together.  The calories are approximately 160 for the potato bun, sweet pickles say zero calories but is that possible? Mayo is 100 calories for 1 tbsp.
The recipe is inspired by a southern cookbook from North Carolina.
